June 10th, 2015 We met Chuck via the Internet during a search for a winter condo that would also offer rental income. Through the process, his market knowledge and guidence was truly appreciated. I always felt that he had our best interests in mind, which resulted in us finding the right unit. He knew the area, and kept the seach within units that met our criteria. During the closing process, he went above and beyond to ensure that the close went smooth and the deal was done to our satisfaction. After we closed he assisted us in securing the right rental agency.
