June 10th, 2015 We were interested in a short sale property as a second home (snowbird). We called the real estate agent listed with the property but she did not return our call. We then contacted Charles and he worked with us through the long short sale process. We finally were able to purchase our property and recently moved in. Charles helped make the entire process easier for us, especially as we live/work in Wyoming and were working long distance. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Tucson area.
